Choose by the learner’s goal
For a beginner, look for clear explanations of letters and vowel marks. For recitation correction, ask for a live demonstration and feedback. For memorization, discuss how the tutor checks new, recent and older material. For Islamic studies, agree the topics and the level of explanation.
Review published profiles
The tutor directory and team pages provide starting points for an admissions conversation. A profile does not reserve that person for your appointment. Ask who is currently available for your subject, language and local times.
Request relevant evidence
If a specific Ijazah, degree or specialist training matters to your choice, request supporting details for the assigned tutor. A general academy claim does not verify every instructor. See the teacher qualification checklist for questions to ask.
Observe the fit
Use the trial to see how the tutor responds to mistakes and whether the learner understands the explanation. Ask what skill was assessed, what still needs support and what the first home task would be. For a child, discuss caregiver observation and communication boundaries.
Before enrollment
Confirm the teacher, session length, weekly schedule, tuition and cancellation terms. If you require a female teacher, state that preference before booking. If the learner needs adjustments, describe what helps and ask about the tutor’s relevant experience.
