Planning lessons from UK
For a UK appointment, give the local time you want and say whether it is for a school evening, weekend or work break. Request two possible times so admissions can check tutor availability without assuming a particular slot is reserved.

For a child or family
Use your child’s actual school and family timetable, including dinner and rest. During half-term or a school holiday, ask whether a temporary change is possible and agree when the normal routine will resume.
For adult learners
A working adult may prefer a lunch break, an evening appointment or a weekend. Compare the available lesson length with the time you can reliably protect, and ask about the process for changing a class when shifts change.
Clock changes and recurring lessons
UK clocks use GMT in winter and BST during British Summer Time. Confirm recurring lessons at each change, especially if the tutor or another family member is in a country that changes clocks on a different date.
