Sheikh Abdullah completed his Hifz (full Quran memorization) at the age of 14 under the guidance of Qari Abdul Aziz at Jamia Islamia, Lahore. He then spent eight additional years studying advanced Qira'at, Tajweed, Tafsir, and Islamic sciences under recognized scholars in Pakistan.
His specialization in the Ten Qira'at (the ten canonical methods of Quranic recitation) is a rare credential. Fewer than 1% of Quran teachers hold this level of certification. What "Ijazah in Ten Qira'at" Means

The Ten Qira'at (القراءات العشر) are the ten recognized canonical methods of Quranic recitation. Each Qira'ah represents a distinct linguistic tradition passed down from the Prophet ﷺ through an unbroken chain of narrators. These are not different versions of the Quran — they are different ways of reciting the same revealed words, each with its own rules of pronunciation, elongation, and articulation.
The ten Qira'at and their primary transmitters are:
Sheikh Abdullah holds Ijazah in all ten, meaning he can recite, teach, and certify others in each method. Most Quran teachers hold Ijazah in only one Qira'ah (typically Hafs 'an 'Asim, which is the most common today).
